| AAI Global invests equity capital either simultaneously with or immediately prior to the public listing of a company through an AIPO transaction. This equity capital will be in the form of common or preferred stock and will be available for use by the company for working capital, acquisitions, increases in inventory, marketing, or any other purpose that the company and AAI agree upon. |
